Reading the fifth discipline by Peter Senge,   I was briefly intrigued by the fact that “Cause & Effect are not closely related in Time & Space”

Is it not imperative that as Quality professionals who facilitate problem solving sessions, we embrace system thinking. It will help us evolve robust long term solutions by keeping the above phenomenon in mind during brainstorming sessions.
